Welcome to the "Warranties and Terms" section of CD Aquariums CDquariums!

PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND LIABILITES

Each CD aquarium is tested to not leak for two days before shipping. We will accept returns if it is sent within 5 business days. Leaking is the only reason we will accept a return, and you are expected to pay shipping.

Each CD aquarium will have minor variations from those depected on the site. Furthermore there will be minor blemishes, such as nicks, scrapes, and cuts, that will occur fro previous owners, manufacturing/modification, or shipping in transit. These are not acceptible reasons for a return.

Any returns must be approved before it is sent.

Any chargebacks on this product will be given over to our collections agency. We don't really care if we get our money at that point, but we won't be stolen from.

If this product causes damages of any kind under any circumstances including water damage from leaking or spilling, even if it is a result of product defect, we are not liable for damages. In areas where limited liabilities apply, our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the CD aquarium.

Your purchase of a CD aquarium is agreement to these terms in full!

SHIPPING WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Refusal - In the event of you the buyer refuse delivery for any reason, you are to pay any and all shipping, storage, restocking and handling fees.

Unable to complete delivery - Carriers make every reasonable attempt to complete deliveries. As it is the responsiblity of the buyer to make themselves available for delivery and to provide accurate delivery information, should the delivery company be unable to complete delivery, you the buyer are responsible for any and all costs associated with delivery and return delivery.

Further conditions - Genius Goods Inc will incur no expense or fees on shipping, handling, restocking, storage costs or fees.

Genius Goods liability for product sale is for the cost of the product itself only.

In addition, Genius Goods Inc makes no guarantees on the timeliness or success of the freight carrrier.

The negotiation of delivery is solely and exclusively between the buyer and the shipping agent, and all liability for any costs or fees fall upon the buyer.

In no situation and under no circumstances is Genius Goods Inc liable for fees and costs associated with a return.

All items returned without pre-authorization will in all cases be charged a restocking fee and no shipping charges will be refunded. Contact Genius Goods for more info.
