Glue the sides to the bottom. Some cakeboxes come with removable spindles, and these should be sealed in place with more glue.

If you think the fumes from the hot plastic were bad, consider the glue.

You should now brace yourself and your mate for inevitable mutated monkeybabies.

Fortunately for you, you can save some major bucks. The glue fumes act as an anesthetic on about two out of every thousand people. Remember that vasectomy thing? You still have the sharp thingie at hand...

Seriously though. Proper ventilation. If you don't have it, don't do this.

cd aquarium is menacing you!

Toss a few cds down the spindle. They help reflect light onto your pretty fish and help hide any glue.

And there will be glue. Oh yes, there will be glue.

It is not silicone caulk, latex cault, pvc plumbing glue nor hot glue. I won't tell you this part, you find what glue works best for you.

(Hint: mmmmm-babies).

You wouldn't want a CDquarium if it were that easy! Trust me, we've been friends now for several minutes at least. You wouldn't be here if you did.

cd aquarium with navel. An outie to be precise.

Check the CDquarium for water tightness.

If it does not hold water, don't buy a fish.

The last thing you do, is to to glue on the center thingie as shown.

You don't have to glue it down, it can just as easily just sit there.

CDquariums always seem to wind up sitting around computers (much like their owners).

Probably has something to do with them being computer user's byproducts.

So make SURE it does not leak! Water does not like to be in computers. If it ever finds its way in, it leaves as fast as it can.

Usually in the form of steam.
